Buyer of France's Decathlon assets to launch stores under new brand

MOSCOW, Oct 31 (PRIME) -- Company ARM, which bought Russian assets of France's Decathlon in September, plans to launch stores under the brand Desport in December, a representative told PRIME on Tuesday.

The product range will be formed gradually, upon acquisition of the goods and is to be expanded with own trademarks and different popular brands. An online store will be launched soon.

Decathlon sold 35 outlets and a warehouse in Russia to ARM, which is also Mango’s local franchisee.
